Autumn leaves and pumpkins please. While freshening up my shelves this fall I came across this never-before-shared New York City book from a few years ago…
So grateful for this one-on-one time with my son, sharing a place I love. Speaking of love, I’ve shared about my love for Flytographer before, our feelings for each other have withstood the test of time.
We spent 30 minutes with a great photographer and for the rest of the trip, I was able to keep my photo-taking to a minimum, confident we had already captured high quality moments of our time spent together.
From old classics like the Statue of Liberty and biking in Central Park, to newer stops like Eataly NYC and The High Line and less obvious favorite book stores and first apartments, we covered a lot of ground in our five day trip. I especially love how different our itinerary was from when I took his big sister for her birthday. Something for everyone in this awesome city.
Happy to report we have another NYC fan in the family. And I have a few more books I could make of other trips back since 2016…
